At the age of 21, the founder of Rêve, Nathanael, opened his first coffee shop in historic, downtown Eunice. Café Mosaic ignited what is now Rêve, but can still be found operating and serving specialty coffee, house-made cakes, and an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch items. Mosaic is proud to serve their community and take part in preserving the vibrant culture found here.
